It’s very simple. Just go to the customize menu on your dashboard, and then click on EDIT HTML. Then you delete everything that appears in the box that just appeared and paste the code that you’ve got from my theme. Then click UPDATE PREVIEW and go back to APPEARANCE. Now save your settings and customize what you want.
